Lals Group launches Arabian Center Mall in Mirdiff
Lals Group, a leading business conglomerate behind well known brands in the Middle East, has launched Arabian Center Mall in Mirdiff on Al Khawaneej Road; the Group’s second major venture in the Mall segment after Lamcy Plaza.
Sprawling over a generous area of 80,000 square meters, the mall will be home to over 175 internationally renowned brands ranging from clothing to home furnishings, electronics, jewellery, perfumes, fashion accessories, toys and games. The mall also houses a hypermarket - World Mart, which carries a wide variety of products fulfilling the daily needs of the shoppers. With the first of its kind fully digital 8 screen cinema, health and medical centers, children’s day care centers and banks, the Arabian Center Mall is a complete family destination for shopping, leisure and entertainment, catering to a large audience of Arabs, Europeans and Asians.
Speaking at the launch of the new mall, Mr. Jayant Ganwani, CEO, Lals Group, said:
‘After the grand success Lamcy Plaza has received in Dubai, we are very optimistic about our new venture - Arabian Center Mall. The mall is an all encompassing fun destination bringing high-end retail brands, cinemas, restaurants, health facilities, home furnishings, toys and games and a hypermarket, meeting the expectations of individuals and families alike.’
‘We at Lals Group are excited to bring a shopping and entertainment destination that offers fun and leisure within a relaxed and elegant environment. With an aim at offering a wholesome relaxed experience, Arabian Center Mall houses a fantastic range of restaurants and cafés, easy shopping layouts and a Cineplex with a digital theater experience,’ he further added.
The mall spans over a large area of 80,000 square meters, over 2 levels and 1500 parking spots. It houses some of the well known fashion brands such as H & M, New Look, Mango, Splash, Top Shop, Next, Alcott, Paris Gallery, Shoe Mart, Homes R Us, World Mart Hypermarket and Fun City among others.
Sporting Arabian architecture with a modern outlook, the mall features segregated shopping zones for men, women and children, facilitating an effortless and fun shopping experience. In addition to this, it also has a medical clinic, a children’s day care center, banks, a health center with a spa, an 8 screen Cineplex with the first ever Digital theatre experience, a multi-cuisine Food Court and dine-in restaurants and cafes.
Easily accessible through Emirates Road and Dubai By Pass Road, the mall is also in reach of people residing in other parts of Dubai as well as Sharjah.
